Dear friends, an invitation for you,

We are very pleased to announce that Plum Village SA is holding a 3-day non-residential Mindfulness Retreat in the Plum Village Tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, from Friday May 10 to Sunday May 12, at Tara Hall, 496 Magill Rd, Magill. The title of the retreat is "Harmony in Our Home- Joy in the World."

We are very fortunate to have four Plum Village monastics/teachers leading the retreat, two brothers and two sisters from our international centres. This is a wonderful opportunity to receive, study and to practice the teachings with leading monastics taught by Thich Nhat Hanh.

A note on Attendance, and a Special Sunday Event:

  • To allow for more opportunity, attendance for the retreat is being offered as
“Full Attendance” for the three days, or “Part Attendance” for the days that you choose. (Please see registration outline below).
  • Sunday the 12th of May is Mother’s Day and we are incorporating a Plum Village practice that honours all mothers. We have an earlier finish that day which will allow time with family, and alternatively, you may wish to bring your mother along for the day. (Please see below).
