"Spiritual friendship is not half of the spiritual life, it is the entire spiritual life!" - The Buddha

A message from the Wake Up Sydney retreat organiser:

To unite with like-minded friends to learn about the teachings of the Buddha and practise meditation together:  this is what the Buddha hinted at, in his above exhortation to his faithful student Ananda. So with this very teaching in mind, we invite you to Walk with Us as we travel to Wentworth Falls for the 2018 Wake Up Retreat. You are invited to engage with the practice and feel energised and nourished by the support and encouragement of the collective group.

We are joyfully opening registration for the 2018 Sydney Wake Up Retreat. Please find information attached, the link to the google online registration form, and logistical details below. Please feel free to email us (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) with any questions.

A lotus to you,
